I LOVE FALL!!!!!!

hello blog world! Ok, so I realize I haven't posted in AGES (due to many technical issues at mi casa)....but I'm glad to announce that I'm finally back for good! And just in time for my favorite season too!
Even though many think Ohio is a boring state (which in truth, it really is), the best part about it is that we get to experience all four seasons, and the perks that come along with them. All the leaves have just about reached their peak. I took a stroll through the park today in the essence of all the beautiful colors around me, all the magnificent reds and oranges and yellows, with hints of green scattered about. I just love all the great things of fall: hot apple cider, bonfires, crunchy leaves, hoodies, hay rides, scare crows....I wish it would last all year long!

silly bandz: yay or nay?

Hey everyone! So Ive been thinking about something lately. The newest fad among American teens and pre-teens are the new Silly Bandz. For those of you who haven't heard of these ( which I can't imagine there'd be very many who haven't), they are basically animal or object-shaped rubber band bracelets. When they first came out, I was obsessed. But I've suddenly noticed grown women (and men!!) wearing them. Tacky? I don't really know. I'll admit, I still own a few, but I can't really make a decision on how I view them anymore. So comment and let me know what you think about the new craze over silly bandz: corny and old? Or still fun and funky...Let me know what you think! I can't wait to hear the responses!

welcome back to ohio!

Hello all! Sorry I haven't written in a while, but my recent lack of blogging comes with good reason: I was on vacation in North Carolina! It was my first time there, but let me tell ya, the sights and surroundings were absolutely amazing! Even though it was a nearly 18 hour drive (blehhhhhhk), everything was so worth the wait! Coming from Ohio (where the weather is usually rainy, snowy, or both) was a big change to me, considering NC is tropical, hot, humid, but I loved it! So the latest chat among my group of friends has been about a new show called "Pretty Little Liars"....now hear me out, I don't usually give in to the latest fads, so I was kind of a sceptic when I heard the buzz about this supposedly "AMAZING NEW SHOW", but let me tell you: the rumors are absolutely TRUE! It's official: I am addicted to Pretty Little Liars.


For those who haven't heard of this show (which are few), I would describe it as a mix of thrill and chick-flick, murder mystery and your typical unrealistic highschool-drama. It's basically about a group of 4 highschool girls who's friend went missing and was murdered a year ago. All of a sudden they periodically start recieving threatening text messages from her (or so they think it's her).So yeah, I HIGHLY recommend this show to any fan of murder-mysteries & Gossip Girl.

It airs tuesdays on ABC Family.. hope you decide to watch! And for all those already-Pretty Little Liars fans out there, comment and let me know what you think of the latest drama!
